Project and Completion Reports. 1. The Recipient, through the PCU, shall monitor and evaluate the progress of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the National Monitoring and Evaluation Indicators.
