Project Administration Fee. Gas Purchaser shall pay to [Issuer], for each Delivery Month during the Term, a fee for the administration of the Project (the “Project Administration Fee”) equal to the product of (i) the Daily Contract Quantity for each Gas Day of the applicable Delivery Month, (ii) the number of days in such Delivery Month, and (iii) [ ] cents ($0.[ ]).
