The Project Administration Designation required by Section V.A. of this Agreement is designated by the Recipient as follows: Xxxxxxxx XxxxxxxxxXxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Director of Public Service Village Administrator to act as the Project Chief Executive Officer; Xxx XxxxxxxxXxxxx, Finance Director Fiscal Officer to act as the Project Chief Fiscal Officer; and Xxxxx XxxxxXxxxxx Xxxxxxx, City Engineer/Village Administrator to act as the Project Manager.
