Project Activation. The CONSULTANT will provide limited project activation as defined in the MDOT LPA PDM. The CONSULTANT will provide the following information for project activation: Vicinity Map, LPA-700 form, LPA 800 form. If required by MDOT, CONSULTANT will assist CLIENT in jointly preparing LPA-001 form.
