Prohibitions Against Disclosure. Employee agrees that upon termination of his employment with the Company for whatever reason, he will deliver to the Company all copies of or information with respect to the Company or its business which is not publicly known and which is in his possession. Employee further agrees that, without the express written consent of the Company, he will not, at any time during the term of this Agreement or for a period of 5 years thereafter, divulge, furnish, disclose or make accessible to any person, firm, organization or corporation, or use in any manner whatsoever to the detriment of the Company any such information or materials with respect to the Company, or any aspect of its business or operations, which are not already lawfully in the public domain.
