PROHIBITION ON CERTAIN DISTRIBUTIONS. If a Default exists under Subsection 10.1 or under any of Subparagraphs (b), (c), (d), (e) or (f) of Subsection 10.2, the Borrower shall not pay any dividend or make any partnership, trust or other distribution, and shall not make any payment or transfer any property in order to purchase, redeem or retire any interest in its beneficial interests or ownership.
