Common use of Prohibition on Additional Negative Pledges Clause in Contracts

Prohibition on Additional Negative Pledges. From and after the date hereof, Borrower will not enter into or assume any new agreement (other than this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents) (i) prohibiting the creation or assumption of any Adverse Claim upon the Collateral except (x) as contemplated by the Transaction Documents, or (y) to the extent that such prohibition permits the Adverse Claims on the Collateral contemplated by the Transaction Documents, or (ii) otherwise prohibiting or restricting any transaction contemplated hereby or by the other Transaction Documents.
