Prohibition of Transfer or Pledge. 20.1 The Customer may not, without the permission of the Bank, transfer, pledge or otherwise dispose of the Deposit Account, deposits or any other rights.20.2 In the case where the Bank permits a pledge or other third party’s right, such permission shall be made by using the form prescribed by the Bank.
