Prohibition Against Solicitation of Employees and Individuals. During the Restricted Period, Executive will not Solicit a Covered Employee or Individual: (a) to go to work for a Competitor; or (b) to end his or her relationship with the Company or its Affiliate unless such activity is authorized and undertaken in the ordinary course of Executive’s employment for the benefit of the Company or its Affiliate. This obligation shall be referred to as the “Employee Nonsolicit.”
