PROHIBITIED ACTIVITIES. The host site agrees that any breach or threatened breach of Articles 7, 13, and 14 of this Agreement would result in irreparable harm to the Program; therefore, in additional to its other remedies at law or in equity, Iowa Campus Compact shall be entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief in order to enforce or prevent any violations of the provisions of Articles 7, 13, and 14 without the posting of any bond.
