Prohibited Equipment. The Tenant shall not install or operate on Premises, or elsewhere on the property, any air conditioning machine or any other electric, gas or mechanical appliances or television aerials or any telephone extension, without the written consent of the Landlord. Where such consent is given, the cost of any such operation or installation will be borne by the Tenant.
