Common use of Prohibited Countries Clause in Contracts

Prohibited Countries. Regardless of whether the export or reexport of Software, services (including Support Services), and technical information provided hereunder is restricted under applicable laws and regulations, the parties assure one another that they each will not, without the other's prior written consent, directly or indirectly, export or reexport any such Software, services, and technical information obtained hereunder to any country which is in the then current list of prohibited countries specified in the U.S. export laws and regulations.
