Common use of Prohibited Countries Clause in Contracts

Prohibited Countries. Lessee does not hold a contract or other obligation to, and does not, operate the Aircraft to, from or in any Excluded Geographic Area nor any Prohibited Country in violation of Sanctions or in a manner that would cause Lessor, Owner, Servicer or Financing Parties to breach Sanctions;
