Common use of Prohibited Countries Clause in Contracts

Prohibited Countries. countries where XTB Group does not wish to solicit clients and which if a Client or a Lead is a resident of, the Affiliate is not entitled to receive Fee for, set out in the “Table of Remuneration” in the Affiliate Panel;
