Prohibited Assignments Void. Any purported assignments, novations or other transfers of this Agreement, in whole or in part, not in compliance with this Section shall be void. Subject to the foregoing, this Agreement shall bind and inure to the benefit of the Parties and their permitted successors and assigns.
