PROHIBITED. A. Non-collusion. Engineer warrants that he/she/it has not employed or retained any company or persons, other than a bona fide employee working solely for Engineer, to solicit or secure this Contract, and that he/she/it has not paid or agreed to pay any company or engineer any fee, commission, percentage, brokerage fee, gifts, or any other consideration, contingent upon or resulting from the award or making of this Contract. For breach or violation of this warranty, County reserves and shall have the right to annul this Contract without liability or, in its discretion and at its sole election, to deduct from the contract price or compensation, or to otherwise recover, the full amount of such fee, commission, percentage, brokerage fee, gift or contingent fee.
PROHIBITED. If you are a commercial customer, you certify that you are not now engaged in, and during the life of this Agreement will not engage in, any activity or business that is unlawful under the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006, 31 USC 5361, et seq., (the “UIGEA”). You may not use your Account or any other service we offer to receive any funds, transfer, credit, instrument or proceeds that arise out of a business that is unlawful under the UIGEA. You agree that if anyone asks us to process a transaction that we believe is restricted under the UIGEA, we may block the transaction and take any other action we deem to be reasonable under the UIGEA and this Agreement.
PROHIBITED. For each legal dead bass presented to weigh-in officials, the competitor shall be penalized 0.25 lb. to be deducted from their daily score. Competitors are allowed to ice a dead fish that is part of their daily catch. The Tournament Director, or his/her designees, shall have sole authority for assessing penalty points. In addition, the Tournament Director, or his/her designees, may reduce tournament hours or tournament limits for fish care purposes. It is suggested in warm weather tournaments anglers keep extra ice for fish care. Contestants are allowed to purchase ice on the water; however, they are not allowed to receive ice from non-contestants. For fish care concerns, the verification table will open one hour prior to check in time of the first flight. SMALL DIP NETS FOR CULLING PURPOSES ARE ENCOURAGED. It is recommended competitors keep all bass in live xxxxx during the culling process. Placing bass on the boat carpet during culling is not advised. Only non-penetrating culling clips are allowed for use. Any clip or device that penetrates the skin or mouth of a fish is not allowed. Proper fizzing technique is suggested when needed. For instructions on acceptable fizzing practices, please contact tournament officials.
PROHIBITED. No swimming in the lake. No ATV/UTV use except by Xxxxxxxxxx staff only. Vehicles are only allowed on the roads. Driving around the lake on the levy prohibited unless prior authorization is granted by Xxxxxxxxxx staff. Alcohol, illegal drugs, fireworks and firearms are not permitted. Campfires are prohibited unless prior authorization is granted by Xxxxxxxxxx staff. Groups are also not allowed to bring any kind of inflatables, jumpers, or slip and slides to use while on Timberlake property. LAKE AND SWIMMING All lake and swimming activities are at your own risk. Life jackets must be worn at all times while in canoes and kayaks – NO EXCEPTIONS! No swimming in the lake. Groups may be asked to leave the campus in violation of these rules. ADVENTURE COURSE Adventure Course rental and all associated rates apply to ENTIRE GROUP, regardless of number of actual participants. Price is a per person price.

Refund Policy:  If cancellation is requested 14 days or more prior to the event, 25% of the base fee will be retained as a cancellation fee. (Applicable refunds will follow State Procedures on a Refund Request Affidavit.)  If cancellation is requested within the 13 days prior to the event, no refund will be given.  Refunds will not be given for lack of attendance or weather.
