Common use of Progression to Co-Development Phase Clause in Contracts

The Adaptimmune […***…] will be reviewed by the JDC and JSC, and the Parties will discuss in good faith and will mutually agree whether or not to proceed to the Co-Development Phase; provided that neither Party is required to proceed to the Co-Development Phase under discussion. The date of such mutual agreement of the Parties to proceed to the Co-Development Phase, as evidenced by minutes of the applicable JSC meeting, shall constitute “Co-Development Start”.
