Progress Towards Completion. Supplier shall notify Buyer promptly (and in any event within ten (10) days) following its becoming aware of information that leads to a reasonable conclusion that a Project Milestone will not be met, and shall convene a meeting with ▇▇▇▇▇ to discuss the situation not later than fifteen (15) days after becoming aware of this information.
