Progress and information. Upon the Facility Agent’s reasonable request, the Borrower shall and shall procure that the Supervisor shall: (a) advise the Facility Agent of the progress of construction of the Lampung FSRU and the Mooring; and (b) supply the Facility Agent with such other information as the Facility Agent may reasonably require about the construction of the Lampung FSRU or the Mooring or the Building Contract or any Refund Guarantee or any other Building Contract Document or the Mooring Documents.

Progress and information. (A) The parties shall hold progress meetings, and American Tower shall submit progress reports to Client on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis as may be agreed between parties. Progress reports will show for each Site, at a minimum, and not by way of limitation, all dates and schedules referred to in the applicable Site Schedule, any anticipated delays, other relevant information, and the corresponding activity period. In addition, Client may request and American Tower shall facilitate progress meetings with American Tower's key managers and subcontractors, including the establishment of oversight committees to monitor specific work in progress on Sites at times and locations agreed upon by Client and American Tower in writing no less than seven days prior to such meetings. Progress reports shall be for planning purposes and monitoring compliance with this Agreement. (B) Should any information or approval be required from Client as Work progresses, American Tower shall request such information or approval in writing. Client shall respond in writing to such requests no later than five (5) days following receipt of the request.

Progress and information. Upon the Lender's request, the Borrower shall advise the Lender of the progress of the Project and supply the Lender with such information as the Lender may reasonably require about the Conversion Works.

Progress and information. Upon the Agent’s request, Navigator Gas or, as the case may require, the relevant Owner shall advise the Agent of the progress of construction of the New Ship and supply the Agent with such other information as the Agent may reasonably require about the construction of the New Ship or the Building Contract or the Refund Guarantee.
