Progress achievement indicators Sample Clauses

The Progress Achievement Indicators clause defines the specific metrics or milestones used to measure the advancement of a project or the fulfillment of contractual obligations. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria, such as deliverables completed, percentage of work finished, or key performance benchmarks, that must be met at various stages of the agreement. By establishing clear indicators, the clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of what constitutes satisfactory progress, thereby reducing disputes and providing a basis for performance evaluation or payment schedules.
