Common use of Programming and Copyrights Clause in Contracts

Programming and Copyrights. All programs and programming materials and elements of whatever form or nature owned or licensed for use by Seller and used in the operation of the Station as of the date hereof (except those included in the Excluded Assets), all of which are identified in SCHEDULE 5 annexed hereto, together with all such programs, materials, elements, intellectual property rights, and copyrights acquired between the date hereof and the Closing Date, whether recorded on tape or any other medium or intended for live performance, and whether completed or in production, and all related common law and statutory copyrights owned or licensed for use by Seller and used or useful in the operation of the Station.
