Common use of Programming and Copyrights Clause in Contracts

Programming and Copyrights. All programs and programming materials and elements of whatever form or nature owned by Seller and used and useful in connection with the business and operation of the Station as of the date hereof, together with all such programs, materials, elements and copyrights acquired between the date hereof and the Closing Date, whether recorded on tape or any other substance or intended for live performance, and whether completed or in production, and all related common law and statutory copyrights owned by or licensed to Seller and used in connection with the business and operation of the Station.

Programming and Copyrights. All programs and programming materials and elements of whatever form or nature owned by Seller and or used and useful or held for use in connection with the business and operation operations of the Station Stations as of the date hereof, together with all such programs, materials, elements and copyrights acquired between the date hereof and the Closing Date, whether recorded on tape or any other substance or intended for live performance, and whether completed or in production, and all related common law and statutory copyrights owned by or or, to the extent of Seller's interest therein, licensed to Seller and or used or held for use in connection with the business and operation operations of the StationStations.
