Programmer Rights to Programming. Programmer represents, warrants and covenants to Licensee that Programmer has full authority to broadcast its Programming on the Station, that Programmer holds or will hold all necessary rights and licenses (including, without limiting the foregoing, rights to music and other performance rights and consents as necessary) in and to the Programming, and that such rights and licenses are sufficient to permit the broadcast transmission of the Programming in the Huntsville DMA and any other area receiving the signal of the Station without infringing the copyright, other intellectual property rights, or any other rights of any nature or type of any person or entity.
