The specific duties relating to programming include, but are not limited to, generating new smart card applet code, correcting, converting, and/or modifying existing code to meet documented standards; designing new and/or maintaining existing software products; identifying client needs and requirements based on evaluation of client documentation and interviews; performing data and technical analysis; performing a variety of testing procedures on assigned products, analyzing test results, and correcting problems; preparing test scripts and descriptions and examining to locate necessary modifications; analyzing and modifying program specifications and documentation to support contract requirements; design and develop computer-based and/or multimedia courseware for customer training initiatives utilizing appropriate authoring languages, systems, animation and graphics software; and providing customer support to clients and troubleshooting problems. Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience in a related field.
