Programme Parties Sample Clauses
The 'Programme Parties' clause defines the individuals or entities that are formally recognized as participants in a specific program or contractual arrangement. This clause typically lists all parties involved, such as the program sponsor, service providers, and any other stakeholders, and may specify their roles or responsibilities within the program. By clearly identifying all relevant parties, the clause ensures that there is no ambiguity regarding who is bound by the agreement, thereby facilitating accountability and smooth program administration.
