Programme information. 12.1 Each member is required to provide, at the outset, a comprehensive, realistic and fundable five year programme of works that are suitable for inclusion in the framework. 12.2 The Framework Administrator will review the content of such work plans and aggregate them into a consolidated programme of work to be included within the framework. Any potential reduction in the scope of works must be reported to the framework administrator immediately it becomes apparent. The Framework Administrator will monitor the programme of work covered by the framework and provide advice to any member in relation to the programme and value of work being procured from the framework.
