The Programmatic Quality Control Manager clause designates a specific individual or entity responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality standards of a project or program. Programmatic Quality Control Manager. The Programmatic Quality Control Manager shall meet the personnel qualification requirements and perform the roles and responsibilities of a Quality Assurance Manager as specified in Section 7 and 8 of the DoD Policy and Guidelines for Acquisitions Involving Environmental Sampling or Testing.
Programmatic Quality Control Manager.
