Programmatic Conversions/Migration. a) Definition: A Programmatic Conversion shall mean the process in which Customer delivers approved data extract files from the non-CSG billing platform (“OBP”) to CSG for data transformation and load into CSG’s Products and Services following a standardized methodology that will include the following phases of work (defined below):
