PROGRAMING, OPERATION, AND REPORTING. A. Commencement of Broadcasting. Contractor shall ensure that it is able to broadcast all programming set forth in this Agreement commencing September 12, 2011. Contractor shall maintain a simultaneous webstream of all content broadcast over Channel 27. Prior to September 12, Contractor shall coordinate with Comcast to ensure the commencement of live broadcasting from Contractor's studio, the ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Center and the Seton Medical Center. Commencing September 12, 2011, Contractor shall commence live broadcasting and webstreaming from Contractor's studio. By September 30, 2011, Contractor shall commence live broadcasting from ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Center and the Seton Medical Center or as soon thereafter subject to the completion of Comcast's facility work and shall provide County with written confirmation of the commencement date for simultaneous webstreaming from these locations, said date shall be no later than December 1, 2011.
