Common use of Program Website Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Program Website Maintenance. During the Term of this Agreement and continuing until the end of the Termination Period, the Bank shall ensure that the Bank at all times owns all Systems and content used in connection with the Internet Services, or has the license, right or privilege to use such Systems and content; and ensure that the Internet Services and such Systems and content and the operation thereof do not infringe or violate any Intellectual Property or other rights of any third party.

Program Website Maintenance. During the Term of this Agreement and continuing until the end of the Termination Period, the Bank shall shall: (i) ensure that the Program Website is at all times solely under the Bank's control (subject to the Company's rights under this Agreement); and (ii) ensure that the Bank at all times owns all Systems and content used in connection with the Internet ServicesProgram Website, or has the license, right or privilege to use such Systems and content; and ensure that the Internet Services and such Systems and content and the operation thereof do not infringe or violate any Intellectual Property or other rights of any third party.
