Program Website Maintenance. During the Term of this Agreement, the Servicer shall: (i) ensure that the Program Website is hosted solely on a server described in Section 2.09(d) and shall notify the Company in advance in writing if it intends to change the server hosting the Program Website; and (ii) ensure that the Servicer or its Affiliates at all times owns all Systems and content used in connection with the Internet Services, or has a right or license to same.
