Program Tuition. The costs of the Collaborative’s programs, as determined by the Executive Director and approved by the Board, shall be assessed to the member and non-member districts based on the combined cost of providing such programs to the Collaborative's students and the number of students enrolled in the Collaborative’s programs from the respective member and non-member districts. A non-member surcharge may be assessed to a non-member district based on each student enrolled from such non-member district, at the recommendation of the Executive Director, and by an annual vote of the Board.
Program Tuition. Tuition is essentially payment in return for our services. It accounts for 100% of the funds used for daily operations, including teacher salaries. Monthly tuitions are due by the end of the first full week of each month. Weekly tuitions are due on the Friday before the week of attendance or first thing Monday morning. If tuition payments remain outstanding for two weeks, the child is at risk of release of enrollment. For special payment consideration, please contact the Director. GSELC offers a 5% Monthly Discount, a 10% Sibling Discount and a 10% Military Discount. A 5% third child discount is also available. A key fob will be issued in each parent’ name, up to two fobs per family. Parents have access to the building during regular business hours (6:30 AM to 5:30 PM) and may enter as often as needed. If the fob is forgotten, parents must ring the doorbell to gain access. Parents are asked to not give anyone access to the building with their fob and also not allow anyone without a fob to enter if they do not recognize them. If fobs are lost or damaged there will be a $5.00 charge to replace it.
Program Tuition. The tuition for each program shall be determined based on the projected enrollment in each program, and the cost of operating the program including salaries, benefits, overhead, and fixed costs, and program supplies and materials. Cost estimates are divided by the projected number of students to determine tuition rate. Rates are recommended by the Executive Director and approved by the Board. Non-member districts will be charged a surcharge, not to exceed twenty (20) percent over the cost for Member Districts, to support administrative and overhead costs. The Board may waive or decrease the percentage of the surcharge or fee charged to non-member districts when doing so is determined to be in the best interest of the Collaborative.
Program Tuition. “Program Tuition" is all costs associated with attendance and education of a student at an ISECC program including teacher salaries, related service staff salaries, support staff salaries, text books and equipment, learning aides and other instructional related items and may include but is not limited to some or all facilities costs as identified annually by the Executive Board and approved by the Governing Board in the budget. Examples of facilities costs are rent, utilities, custodial maintenance, supplies and services and property services. Program Tuition fees shall be determined by dividing the total Program Tuition by the number of students enrolled in an ISECC program as of June 30 of the immediately preceding school year. There will be no Program Tuition for any Member School for the 2021-2022 school year.

Program Tuition. University shall collect all Program tuition. University shall have the sole authority to set tuition for the Program. Except as set forth in Section 2(C) above, tuition, non- tuition fees and other charges for Program students shall be no lower than those for comparable classroom students of the School, provided the School may impose additional fees or charges for activities only available to online students.
