Program Technical Committee Sample Clauses

Program Technical Committee. (i) The Recipient shall establish, not later than three (3) months after the Effective Date, and thereafter maintain throughout the implementation of the Program, a Program Technical Committee (“PTC”) with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the Association, to be responsible for addressing technical issues that may have impacts on the implementation of the Program. (ii) Without limitation to sub-paragraph (i) above, the PTC shall meet at least once quarterly, and shall comprise the key technical staff from the relevant ministries, departments, and agencies (“Program MDAs”); the Local Government Finance Commission, the Office of the Auditor General, and the Inspectorate of Government, all as further detailed in the Program Operational Manual.
