Program Specific Services. Assisted Intervention (AI) Court Members 1. CONTRACTOR shall coordinate services within the guidelines set forth by the court. 2. CONTRACTOR shall work in a collaborative nature and create a culture and environment that shall involve all interested parties such as, but not limited to, the court, ADMINISTRATOR, Public Defender, District Attorney, Probation, Clients’ families, and the various housing operators. 3. CONTRACTOR shall perform three (3) scheduled and one (1) unscheduled drug testing each month and report any unfavorable findings to the court. 4. CONTRACTOR shall assist members in making their scheduled court dates and, in some instances, attending court hearings with the members. 5. CONTRACTOR shall develop a process for providing members with information that details the expectations of the court, the responsibilities of the members, FSP, and other partners involved in the members’ recovery, and the ultimate goal of community integration and graduation.
