Program Risk Sharing Conditions. Supplier and Buyer have a Risk Sharing Business Relationship in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in any other document executed by ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ has no obligation or commitment whatsoever to (i) start the Program on any specific date; (ii) comply with any specific time schedule for the performance or execution of the Program; or (iii) having started the Program, to continue or complete it.
