Common use of Program Ready Date Clause in Contracts

Program Ready Date. If the Company requests that ICS delay the launch of Services [***] days beyond the agreed-upon date on the signatory page (the “Program Launch Date”), the Company will pay ICS a program ready fee and any associated expenses as specified in Schedule B, including reasonable out-of-pocket costs and other expenses.
