Common use of Program Qualifications Clause in Contracts

Program Qualifications. If You are enrolled in a Program Type, You represent that You satisfy the Program Qualifications for Your Program Level. You hereby agree to notify Us in writing if You no longer meet the Program Qualifications for Your Program Level. Upon such notice, or if We determine at any time that You fail to satisfy the Program Qualifications for Your Program Level, We may, in Our sole discretion, reclassify Your membership to a Program Level for which You do qualify.
