Program Packages Clause Samples
The "Program Packages" clause defines the specific bundles of services, products, or features offered as part of a contractual agreement. Typically, this clause outlines what is included in each package, such as the scope of services, deliverables, or access levels, and may distinguish between different tiers or options available to the customer. By clearly delineating the contents and boundaries of each package, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings about what is being provided and ensures both parties have a shared understanding of the agreement's scope.
Program Packages. ISx may provide certain programs together with their own license agreements. These programs (called “Program Packages”) are licensed under the term of the agreements provided with them. This Agreement’s patent and copyright terms apply to ISX Program Packages. For a Program Package, ISx may specify that Additional License Copies apply. If so, these copies are subject to the terms of the Program Package’s agreement, except that Licensee may not transfer them. If Additional License Copies apply, Licensee may copy all of the Program Package’s printed documentation. ISx may also specify that a testing period applies wherein Licensee may return the program Package to ISx before the end of such testing period for a refund.

Program Packages. In the Fall semester of each school year, the Lifetouch packages offered will include Prepay, “Spectrum Program,” “$9 ala carte,” or “designed Lifetouch” packages. The District will not receive a commission on the Fall semester packages. In the Spring semester of each school year, the Lifetouch package offered will be “Prepay.” The District will receive a commission of 15% of the sale on the Spring semester packages.
