Program or Budget Modifications. Requests for program and/or budget modifications must be submitted via the PGMS Communication Log and approval received prior to the implementation of any of the modifications. 12.2.1. First Things First may make technical and other minor changes to the Agreement requested by the Grantee without a formal amendment. 12.2.2. If First Things First deems that the program or budget modification request would substantially alter the work or budget covered by the Agreement, whether by modification or supplementation, then the modification must be accomplished by a formal written amendment signed by both parties.

  • Cost Modifications The parties may agree to a reduction in the cost of the Contract at any time during which the Contract is in effect. Without intending to impose a limitation on the nature of the reduction, the reduction may be to hourly, staffing or unit costs, the total cost of the Contract or the reduction may take such other form as the State deems to be necessary or appropriate.

  • Compliance; Modification The Asset Representations Reviewer will cooperate with and provide information to the Issuer regarding the Asset Representations Reviewer’s compliance with this Section 4.10.   • Program Budget A) Contractor will expend funds received for operation of its program and services according to Contractor’s annual operating budget. The portions of said budget, which reflect services performed or money paid to Contractor pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the approval of the Human Services Agency. B) In the event Contractor determines a reasonable business necessity to transfer funding between personnel and operating expenses specified in the budget submitted to the Human Services Agency the following will apply: 1. Contractor will notify the Human Services Agency of transfers that in the aggregate are between ten percent (10%) and twenty percent (20%) of the maximum contract amount.

  • Program Changes Contractor agrees to inform the County of any alteration in program or service delivery at least thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of the change, or as soon as reasonably feasible.
