Common use of Program Milestones Clause in Contracts

Program Milestones. The Borrower shall: 1. Prepare and furnish to the Bank not later than June 30, 2004 a report describing the progress in the fulfillment of the actions referred to in the Program, including the attainment of the milestones agreed between the Borrower and the Bank and required to be reached as a pre-requisite to initiate the second phase of the Program; and 2. Review with the Bank, not later than December 31, 2004, or such later date as the Bank shall request, the report referred to in sub-paragraph (1) above and, thereafter, take all measures required by the Bank to initiate the second phase of the Program.
