Program Manager/Alternate Program Manager. The contractor team shall designate a Single Program Manager and Alternate Program Manager for this BPA who shall be the primary point of contact for the BPA Contracting Officer, and shall be responsible for the quality of work performed on this BPA. In the absence of the Program Manager, an Alternate Program Manager shall additionally be designated who shall take on the responsibilities of the Program Manager. The Program Manager or Alternate Program Manager may present deliverables and make presentations for a variety of audiences.
