Program Maintenance and Support. 4.1. Maintenance and Support. 4.1.1. Licensor agrees to provide the ongoing maintenance and support for the Program as set forth in Exhibit D. Licensor agrees to maintain such number of qualified personnel as is necessary to provide such timely and knowledgeable maintenance and support service.
