Program Interactions with Other Programs. (e.g. other HFA programs) Borrowers may participate in other components, as long as the borrower meets the eligibility criteria of each component and combined total assistance received from all of the components does not exceed the lesser of: (a) the maximum household assistance of $100,000 or (b) the amount necessary to bring the outstanding mortgage balance to an amount as close to a 100% LTV ratio as the amount of per-household assistance will permit except as applied to 5(a).
