Program Implementing Entity. Without limitation to paragraph (2) immediately above, the implementation by the Program Implementing Entity shall include the day-to-day administration of planning, coordination, technical, fiduciary (i.e., procurement and financial management), environmental and social safeguards compliance, monitoring, evaluation, reporting and communication of activities of the Program, all in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Program Agreement and the Program Operations Manual.
