Program Implementation Agreement Sample Clauses
Program Implementation Agreement. The Parties will enter into an agreement providing further detail on the implementation arrangements, fiscal accountability and disbursement and use of MCC Funding, among other matters (the “Program Implementation Agreement” or “PIA”); and the Government will implement the Program in accordance with this Compact, the PIA, any other Supplemental Agreement and any Implementation Letter.
Program Implementation Agreement. Prior to entry into force of this Compact, the Government and MCC will enter into an agreement relating to, among other matters, implementation arrangements, fiscal accountability, and the disbursement and use of MCC Funding (the “Program Implementation Agreement” or “PIA”). The Government will implement the Program in accordance with the Compact and the PIA.
Program Implementation Agreement. The Government shall implement the Program in accordance with this Compact and as further specified in an agreement to be entered into by the MCC and the Government, which agreement will address, among other matters, implementation arrangements, fiscal accountability, disbursement and use of MCC Funding, procurement and applicable tax exemptions (the “Program Implementation Agreement” or “PIA”).
