Program Funds; Distributions Clause Samples

The "Program Funds; Distributions" clause defines how funds collected or managed under a specific program are to be handled and distributed among relevant parties. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures for allocating program revenues, specifying the timing, method, and recipients of distributions, such as partners, investors, or beneficiaries. By establishing clear rules for the management and disbursement of program funds, this clause ensures transparency and reduces the risk of disputes over financial entitlements.
