Common use of PROGRAM EXPIRATION Clause in Contracts

PROGRAM EXPIRATION. This Program will expire upon the earlier of (a) December 31, 2019, (b) the date when the funds made available for the Program are depleted, or (c) when the Program is terminated (the “Term”). All Improvement Incentives approved prior to this date will be honored.
