Common use of Program Document Information Clause in Contracts

Program Document Information. The Issuer shall, or shall cause the Seller or Servicer to, provide the Collateral Agent with copies of all reports, notices, statements and certificates delivered under the Program Documents, and any other information that the Collateral Agent shall reasonably request. Delivery of such reports, notices, information and documents to the Collateral Agent under this section is for informational purposes only and the Collateral Agent’s receipt of such shall not constitute constructive notice of any information contained therein or determinable from information contained therein, including the Issuer’s compliance with any of its covenants.
