Common use of Program Document Information Clause in Contracts

Program Document Information. The Issuer shall, or shall cause the Seller or Servicer to, provide the Indenture Trustee with copies of all reports, notices, statements and certificates delivered under the Program Documents, and any other information that the Indenture Trustee shall reasonably request. Delivery of such reports, notices, information and documents to the Indenture Trustee under this Section and Section 8.26 is for informational purposes only and the Indenture Trustee’s receipt of such shall not constitute constructive notice of any information contained therein or determinable from information contained therein, including the Issuer’s compliance with any of its covenants.
