Common use of Program Data Plan Clause in Contracts

Program Data Plan. Implementer shall develop a Program Data Plan that details the data elements the Implementer will use in support of the Program including, but not limited to, the data element, source of the data, and the Implementer Parties who have access to the data. In developing the data plan, Implementer shall collaborate with PG&E to identify the program data elements required for reporting, EM&V, and compliance purposes as well as the method of collection. Implementer is responsible for capturing and reporting the agreed upon data elements. Program Coordination with Other Program Administrators‌ Implementer shall include in the P&P Manual how the program will coordinate with the Program Administrators listed in Section 3.6 (Program Coordination with Other Program Administrators). Implementer shall support PG&E’s development of the annual Joint Cooperation Memo defining how the program will coordinate with the Program Administrators listed in Section 3.6 (Program Coordination with Other Program Administrators). Implementer Program Materials‌ Implementer shall develop all program forms and materials required to implement the Program as defined in the Program Policies and Procedures Manual. Implementer shall submit all materials and documents to the PG&E PM for review and approval. No distribution, circulation, or publication of materials and documents listed in this Section shall occur prior to PG&E’s approval.
